Prices are per day, per room, taxes not included.
Twin / double room: min. 120 € max. 170 €
Single room: min. € 65 max. € 90
Double bedroom + single (Triple room): min. 155 € max. 220 €

All customers who book their stay directly from us will receive 5% discount on the total price.

At the moment of your reservation, you will be asked for a deposit of 30% of the total amount paid by bank transfer. The balance will be asked at the check-in.

Prices don’t include:

  • TOURIST TAX, requested by the Municipality of Rome, of € 3.50 per night per person (excluding Rome inhabitants and children under 5)
  • Cot within 3 years old (€ 20 per night)
  • Anything not listed in “Prices include”

CANCELLATION:

If you want to cancel your stay after the booking, a partial or total amount will be charged depending on the date of arrival:

  • If your reservation is canceled 14 days before the date of arrival, any charge applied.
  • If the reservation is canceled between 13 and 7 days before date of arrival, you will be charged the 30% of the total amount.
  • If the reservation is canceled 6 days before the date of arrival, you will be charged the 60% of the total amount.
  • Non-refundable rate reservations do not provide any possibility of cancellation and you will therefore be charged 100% of the cost of your stay.

    • Cancellations must be requested by e-mail at informazioni@sinfoniasultevere.it. In case of client default, all charges will be charged directly on the credit card provided by the customer at the time of booking.

    THE RULES

  • The balance (tourist tax included) has to be paid at the check-in.
  • For each room you will receive: the keys of the entrance to the building, the key entrance to the apartment and the magnetic card to access in your room.
  • A penalty of EUR 10.00 must be paid for the loss or breakage of the keys; EUR 20.00 for the magnetic card.
  • After you booked your stay, please don’t forget to specify your arrival time by e-mail or text message so we can better organize your arrival. The check-in time is available until 10pm.
  • The rooms are cleaned daily from 10:30am to 1pm, after 1pm the cleaning service will not be available.
